DESCRIPTION:L’AG des personnels du 29 mars 2024 décidé d’un délégation auprès du président pour exiger le retrait des projets EPE\, CCT ou toute convention dans le cadre l’Ordonnance n° 2018-1131 du 12 décembre 2018 relative à l’expérimentation. Une CCT est l’outils de l’ordonnance pour aller vers une structure type grand établissement quand des difficultés se présente. De ce que les représentants des personnels on appris en CSA\, c’est que si le projet d’EPE est « mis de côté » c’est pour une convention cadre de l’ESR Métropolitain donc la cible proche de celle d’un EPE. \nRejoignez la délégation des personnels contre le projet d’EPE/CCT jeudi à 13H45 devant le batiment EVE. \n
